  • Our postal brownies are made to order and will be dispatched on Wednesdays via Australia Post Express service.

    Please order by 11:59pm on Monday for your order to be shipped on Wednesday. All orders ordered after the cut off will be shipped the following Wednesday.

    We usually use an Australia Post Express service which can take 1-5 days depending on location.
Some remote areas may take a day or two longer. Once the brownies leave us, we can’t guarantee a delivery date, nor be responsible for any lost packages. However, we will try our best to help in those situations.

    Please allow extra delivery time during busy postal periods such as Christmas and Easter.

  • We bake our Brownies to order the day before the dispatch date. They are best eaten as fresh as possible, but should keep for around 3-5 days in an airtight container or up to 7 days if stored in the fridge. They can be frozen for up to 3 months.

    Once delivered, pop them in the fridge for about 30 minutes to reset.

    The rule of thumb is this… if you like your brownies chewy, eat them straight from the fridge. If you like them soft, eat them at room temperature. If you like them warm and gooey, pop them in the microwave for 5-10 seconds and enjoy with Ice-cream!

  • Our brownies contain wheat, gluten, animal products and sometimes nuts.

    We bake in a kitchen that handles gluten, milk, eggs, soya, sesame, lupin and nuts and we use products that are produced in factories that handle peanuts so we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from the above.
