Large = 30 large slices or up to 48 small bites

Brownie Size Information
Our brownies are delivered to you in small, medium or large slabs ready for you to slice. A medium slab will serve 15-20 people and a large slab will serve 30-50 people.
Select yes to ‘slice’ if you would like us to cut them for you. We add a small fee due to the added time this takes us. Select small pieces if you want to cater for more people. If you are slicing yourself, we recommend slicing them cold from the fridge for an easy, clean edge.

Orders will be available for pick up Tuesday to Friday between the hours of 12pm & 5pm. Please use the booking form in your confirmation email to choose your pick up time.
We require 48 hours notice to prepare your order as everything is made to order. The form automatically allows 48 hours notice, so book straight away if you are needing your order this week.
We cannot facilitate weekend pick ups at the moment due to market commitments. If a time does not suit, please email hello@bobobakery.com and we will try and accomodate your request. You can also send an Instagram DM just to make sure the message is received.

We bake our Brownies to order the day before the pick up date. They are best eaten as fresh as possible, but should keep for around 3-5 days in an airtight container or up to 7 days if stored in the fridge.
The rule of thumb is this… if you like your brownies chewy, eat them straight from the fridge. If you like them soft, eat them at room temperature. If you like them warm and gooey, pop them in the microwave for 5-10 seconds and enjoy with Ice-cream!

Our brownies contain wheat, gluten, animal products and sometimes nuts.
We bake in a kitchen that handles gluten, milk, eggs, soya, sesame, lupin and nuts and we use products that are produced in factories that handle peanuts so we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from the above.
