How to bake:
Preheat oven to 170℃ fan forced
- Slice and shape cookies to at least 1 cm thickness or into 6 cookies (60g each).
- Spread 2 cm apart on a baking paper lined oven tray
- Bake in a pre heated oven for 8 to 10 mins, time varies depending on cookie size.
Or put in the airfryer at 170℃ for 10-13 mins.
Store in an airtight container. Best eaten day of baking.
